Application Requests

The mobile phone app is used to approve applications in several steps.
  • Based on the assigned access rights, it is divided into three sections: for applicants, beneficiaries and approvers.
  • Both the beneficiary and the approver may either approve the application or return it to the applicant with a comment.
  • In the background, Power Automate is used to set up email notifications when requests change and decide who to send requests to based on the amount of money requested to be released.
  • The application is multilingual.
