Users enter their purchase requests, which are then converted into requisitions. These requisitions then create an annual plan for purchasing needs.

PLANNING MODULE

The planning module allows you to create a plan of purchasing needs in a material structure (NIPEZ), either from the organization's current financial plan (e.g. the city budget) or directly without linking to financial plans. This makes it easy to get an overview of the planned purchasing needs for a given period for the whole organisation. This process can easily determine the values of future purchases sorted by subject and also aggregate purchases into larger purchasing units. Achieving financial savings is in turn easier. The planning process is a configurable workflow with approval options at each organizational level. Automatic budget retrieval from the accounting system can only be set up for the server version of PAVEZA installed at the customer's site. The system can also be set up the other way around, i.e. the module can be used to create the basis for the financial plan.
